I like the 180 degrees view, the tokyo bay , the square of the room , the free things like toothpaste etc… The bed is really comfortable, the staff is nice . It’s a really good experience. I’ll be back .😊

Airport bus right next to hotel, great for early morning flights. Very nice and helpful staff. Room with enough space for big luggage.

The location of the hotel was appropo. It was right under the Shinagawa Seaside subway and it was easy to get to anywhere. Room was adequate, Carpet is aging but otherwise for the price it was good. Hotel has a coin operated laundry service, which is useful. Amenities are available outside just as you board the elevator to the rooms.

A great location and a grand view of the port through the hotel room window. The exceptionally generously spaced modern lobby and common area on the reception floor. The room was very quiet, and provided air ventilation by the window, an air cleaner, and hotel-standard amenities. An easy access to the Haneda airport, with only one- station transfer by the Rinkai Railway to the Tokyo Monorail. The hotel reception is on the 16th floor of a business building, situated inside the commercial quarter 'Shinagawa Forest.' The hotel offers direct access on its basement floor, to the entrance to the Shinagawa Seaside train station. Thus no need to go outside and look for the main entrance to the building. The mega size food & goods chain store, 'Aeon Style,' in the adjacent building, among other eateries in sight. It was an enjoyable location to spend the last few days of my stay in central Tokyo!

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for tourists who don’t mind a bit of distance from the most touristy places. The room was nice and spacious enough for me; the carpet does look a bit old but everything else looked spotless. There isn’t a kettle in the room but hot water is provided in the lobby along with other amenities. There are several convenience stores right downstairs and a lot of places to eat in the area.

Relatively new hotel in a business district. Nearby shops for everyday goods available. Nice room, Hotel starts at floor 16 (reception) and ends up at floor 22. Rooms accessible only be elevator with room-card lock.

Location is perfect. Only 2 minute walk from Aeon and Shinagawa Seaside Station. Plus there is Lawson on the 1st floor of the hotel. Parking is great also. The parking space is just basement of the hotel. You can access to parking space from the lobby directly. Staff is very helpful and can speak English fluently. I checked out at 11.00, but they let me leave my luggages as long as I want. In addition, I can see mount Fuji from my room which is 2201. Breakfast is very delicious.

I love the staffs. They are all kind,happy to talk to and very hospitable. They are very helpful,too,in every DIY trip we had. Also, there are few Filipino workers around the area who will really help you every step of the way on your DIY trips. Japanese people are very kind and they will also one of the best people on earth. Definitely we will go back. Arigatou gozaimashi. 😇💖

The room has the basic stuff that we need. The staff are very professional, respectful, helpful and courteous; from the moment we arrived the front office tried her best to help and understand us, the housekeeping staff also kind. The front office tried their level best to assist with our requests. Amenities and hot/cold water dispenser are placed at the Lobby. Available 24/7. 2 sets washer & dryer, ice machine and vending machine are available. Entrance to hotel, you have to take elevator to Level 16. From main road, look for glass door entrance to the building. Train stations are walking distance. 1) Shinagawa Seaside station is just 5mins walk. Entrance just infront of hotel building. Will bring you to most places in Tokyo. 2) Aomono-yokocho station is 15mins walk. This connect to Haneda International Airport and other places. It is quite a walk and not advisable if you are with medium or large-sized bags. Quite quiet area. Businesses/offices area. There are 7-eleven, Family Mart, drugstore and AEON at the ground level. Very convenient.
